- Where does PECTORA deliver?
- PECTORA delivers anywhere in Sri Lanka. We are based in Colombo and orders arrive in 2–4 working days.
- How do I pay for a PECTORA order?
- Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — no card details and no online payment are needed.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is a flat Rs. 450 anywhere in Sri Lanka, and free on orders over Rs. 15,000.
- Can I order on WhatsApp?
- Yes. Add items to your bag and choose "Send order on WhatsApp" at checkout, and WhatsApp opens with your full order pre-typed. You can also message +94 77 123 4567 directly.
- Do I need an account to order?
- No. There is no sign-up and no login. You enter your name, phone number and delivery address at checkout, and that is all PECTORA keeps.
- Can I exchange something that does not fit?
- Yes. Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference to arrange it.
- What does PECTORA sell?
